The course material will result in establishing a Program of Instructions. The Program of Instruction (POI) will illustrate briefly each individual program of instruction developed and offered by CSDI. For example, the POI will describe the duration of the course of instruction, when the classes will meet, beginning and ending dates. If needed, it will also describe the dates for the exams or quizzes, if there are any.

The Master Training Plan is a blueprint for the training and education of all personnel employed in the Army or Navy or Air Force R&D Development Centers, or Health Care Data Analytics Centers or Industrial R&D Centers. The Master Training Plan lists only the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities that may be acquired from or associated with each course.
